Shipping and Delivery

How long will it take before I receive my order?

Generally, if your order if placed before 3 pm (EST), it will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 3pm(EST) will be shipped the next day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email providing your UPS tracking number. Your order should arrive within 3 days of shipment.

Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes. You have the option of UPS 2nd day and UPS overnight. Although our domestic ground shipping is FREE, you will be charged UPS rates for expedited shipping. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.

Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

Yes. We ship all international orders via USPS and charge you exactly what they charge us for your initial outbound shipment. Unfortunately, our carriers don't let us pay for return shipping on international returns, but if you make an exchange, we'll gladly ship your exchange back to you at no cost. Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No, unfortunately we do not.

Do you ship to Military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, please allow for additional time when shipping to APO/FPO addresses.

What do you charge for domestic ground shipping?

Domestic ground shipping is absolutely free! If you are within the United States, you are not charged for outgoing or return shipping.

What are the shipping charges to return/exchange an order?

Absolutely free. We pay for all shipping for domestic returns and exchanges. Please check out our Return/Exchange Policy

Order Status

What is the status of my order?

Upon placing an order, you will automatically be sent a confirmation email. Once your package is shipped you will receive an email from UPS providing shipping details and tracking number. You can then enter your tracking # at www.ups.com for the status of the delivery. When inquiring by email about your order please include your order # in the subject line.

How can I track my package?

Simply log into your Jack Donnelly account. Under Recent Orders click View Orders, under View Orders click Track Your Order, there you will be provided a link for the status of your package. You can also track your package using your UPS tracking # by entering it via the UPS website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since we ship your order as quickly as possible we cannot guarantee being able to change or cancel your order. You can call our khaki hotline @ 1-877-223-6621 to check the status of the order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. In this event, please check our Return/Exchange policy.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

It is simple: you can return any pant, anytime, for any reason. We pay for all shipping on returns and exchanges. We have complete confidence in our product and want to foster a long lasting relationship with our customers. It is important to gain your trust in our company and product, and this will allow you to feel the same confidence we have in our khakis.

How do I make a return/exchange?

Simply email returns@jackdonnellykhakis.com and tell us your:

We will email you a UPS prepaid return service label and a short form to fill out, so we can process your request correctly. All you have to do is print off the UPS label, tape it on the box, and drop it off at your local UPS store. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to call us at 1-877-223-6621.

Getting Fitted

What size Jack Donnelly Khakis should I buy?

You want to focus your order on waist size. We feel our fit is superior to the competition; however our waist sizes generally correspond with other leading brands. They are designed and scaled throughout the seat and thighs based on the waist size. Our khakis offer a straight leg finish, with a medium rise.

All our khakis have a 39” inseam with an unhemmed bottom, allowing you to tailor them to your perfect length.

We recommend you wash your khakis prior to hemming, as they will shrink a bit during initial wash. If you plan to dry clean only, you can hem them right away.

Between sizes?

Generally, we recommend you order the larger size and utilize the washer and dryer to shrink them down a bit.

Khaki Care

How do I care for my khakis?

All khakis have been professionally pre-washed to stabilize sizing and bring out their soft, broken in state.

Hemming - We recommend you wash your khakis before having them hemmed, as they will shrink a bit during first wash. This will allow you to get an accurate length. If you plan on dry cleaning only you can hem your khakis right away.

Home Laundry - Please follow care label instructions inside your khakis. With repeated wash and dry your khakis will tend to shrink a bit. If this happens, simply hang khakis to dry and they will return to original shape.

To limit wrinkles without ironing, lay khakis on flat surface and allow to air dry, or promptly remove khakis hot from the dryer and fold.

If your khakis feel tight out of the dryer, don’t worry, as they will loosen up after initial wear.

Ironing - Ironing is not a necessity in caring for your khakis (see Home Laundry), but if you prefer ironing, we recommend high heat for khaki twills.

Dry Clean - If you choose to dry clean, khakis will maintain a fuller, longer fit than if home laundered.
