Order Status

What is the status of my order?

Upon placing an order, you will automatically be sent a confirmation email. Once your package is shipped we will shoot you an email providing shipping details and tracking number. At any time, you can view the status of your order, as well as track your package by simply logging into your Jack Donnelly account. When inquiring by email about your order please include your order # in the subject line.

How can I track my package?

Simply log into your Jack Donnelly account. Under Recent Orders click View Orders, under View Orders click Track Your Order, there you will be provided a link for the status of your package. You can also track your package using your UPS tracking # by entering it via the UPS website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since we ship your order as quickly as possible we cannot guarantee being able to change or cancel your order. You can call our khaki hotline @ 1-877-223-6621 to check the status of the order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. In this event, please check our Return/Exchange policy.
